The benefits of having a good breakfast EVERYBODY knows how important the first meal of the day is. But did you know the following? A YouGov survey recently showed that 47 per cent of adults usually eat breakfast alone and 14 per cent said they dont eat breakfast at all. Most elite athletes eat a good breakfast too.
