This week AW Basics recommends a shoe designed to give runners a more comfortable ride CLOCKING up the miles on the road can take its toll on the joints, but the award-winning Asics Gel Nimbus 9 has first rate cushioning which makes it a must for runners who want a softer ride when pounding the tarmac. As with the rest of the large Asics Gel range, the Nimbus 9 comes with silicone gel in the forefoot and heel to cushion the impact of hitting the ground.
