Test your fitness at the Palace Going to the London Grand Prix? Then pop by the Norwich Union stand for a free health check IF you are lucky enough to have got tickets, the Norwich Union London Grand Prix at Crystal Palace on Friday is an ideal place for relative newcomers to learn more about the sport. In order to do this, though, our tip is to get there early and check out the trade stands area.
