221 completed
and valid questionnaires from those clubs with up to 199 members
were received. From the total of 993 which were sent out to
clubs of this size, this gives a response rate of 22.3%;

120 completed and valid
questionnaires from those clubs with 200 - 299 members were
received. From the total of 283 which were sent out to clubs of
this size, this gives a response rate of 42.4%;

65 completed and valid
questionnaires from those clubs with 300 - 399 members were
received. From the total of 121 which were sent out to clubs of
this size, this gives a response rate of 53.7%;

questionnaires from those clubs with 400 - 499 members were
