11th May 2006 - Stamp of approval for Athletics Weekly photographer

ATHLETICS WEEKLY’S photographer Mark Shearman has had five of his images used on a set of stamps issued last month in Belgium.

Designed to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Ivo Van Damme Memorial Games, held in Brussels, the five stamps depict Steve Ovett, John Walker, Sebastian Coe, Ivo van Damme and Alberto Juantorena.
